Onsite work is handled by the highly qualified consultants
present locally. These consultants are engaged in continuous
interaction with the client in understanding their requirements,
communicating on functionalities and best business practices
available, as well as formulating solutions to unique business

Technical work required for getting solutions incorporated is
documented in detail onsite in counsultation with the client and
then passed over to the Development centre. The offshore team
then plans and schedules the work on the requirement and the
develops the solution using stringent quality and testing
standards. The final development is then passed over to the
onsite team for implementation. Predefined communication
channels between the on-site and offshore teams, stringent
documentation and quality standards ensure smooth operation as
